Classes
At InSync Artistic Swimming Club, we offer a range of classes tailored to swimmers of all levels. Our coaches will guide you through each training session, adapting to your level of experience and skill. Training builds on strength, flexibility, and endurance, and may include land stretches and exercises, lap swimming, synchro drills, figures, and routines. Classes are held at MLC Kew, 207 Barkers Road, Kew, VIC 3101.
Class Levels
New swimmers, aged 6+, with the ability to swim all four strokes—butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. Prior experience in gymnastics or dance is also beneficial but not required.
Focus:
Building deep water confidence, coordination, and foundational artistic swimming techniques in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment.
Swimmers with an adequate amount of artistic swimming experience or advanced beginner skills.
Focus:
Developing advanced artistic swimming skills, building strength, fostering teamwork, and introducing athletes to state-based competitions.
Highly experienced swimmers aiming for elite performance and competition.
Focus:
Refining advanced technical skills, preparing athletes for state and national competitions, and training elite athletes to be selected, or to represent Australia in the National Team.
